However, any item received damaged or broken can be returned after the mandate process and is thereafter eligible for refund or exchange as per the reuqest.
REFUNDS:
Y&M Enterorises will refund customers through cheque payment method. or tranfer. Returns are processed immediately upon QC of the product (incase received damaged or had manufacturing defects). You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchange/refund has been processed.
We reserve the right to deny a refund/exchange if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
