RETURNS: It’s very important for us you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, considering these are packed products and for hygiene purpose cannot be put on selling once used, all items on our website our non-returnable. However, any item received damaged or broken can be returned after the mandate process and is thereafter eligible for refund or exchange as per the reuqest.
REFUNDS:
Y&M Enterorises will refund customers through cheque payment method. or tranfer. Returns are processed immediately upon QC of the product (incase received damaged or had manufacturing defects). You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchange/refund has been processed.
We reserve the right to deny a refund/exchange if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
