Knives of the ULTRACORTE series belong to professional high-quality knives, thanks to a special selection of materials and manufacturing technology. The blade is made of high-quality AISI 420 food-grade stainless steel, ~ 1.2 mm thick, with the Tramontina trademark. The handle is made of polypropylene with a protective layer against the development of microbes - microban. Can be washed in a dishwasher.
